Today, sadly, is our last of MedEx Tier Two. I have truly learned so much this tier and met so many amazing people, so it's very hard to leave. We began the day with a final assessment of our goals, which was a great reflecting experience! Many of the people in our tier met their goals in some way, including me. I believe that I met my goal of being more confident when presenters come and asking questions. I was by no means perfect, but I do believe I improved from tier one! After our goals assessment, we moved onto our superlatives. Devki and Donovan did a fantastic job coming up with them as most of the time we were able to pick out who the superlative belonged to before they even received it. I received the "most contagious smile" superlative, which a lot of people mentioned fit me. I am super honored to have gotten this superlative as I never knew my smile had that effect on people! It's just truly hard for me to have a resting face most of the time! After the superlatives were finished, we had our final debrief with Jada. I was super proud of the entire tier being open and honest about what they liked and didn't like about this tier, and also about what we could improve. I definitely agreed with a lot of them, but overall, I genuinely enjoyed this tier! I loved all of the clinical opportunities we had, the fantastic presenters who came in, and all of the extremely useful activities, such as IPMS with the M2s. I am so thankful for the entire MedEx leadership team for working so hard to give us the best experience because I understand just how difficult it is, especially with bumps in the road! We ended the day reminiscing on these past five weeks and talking with our friends, as well as exchanging numbers. I truly can't believe it's over, and I would love to come back in the future!
